Will Meta Ads Bring My Business Leads? What Really Decides It
In short
Meta Ads can bring leads, but only when four things line up: a clear offer, the right place to send people, tracking that tells Meta who became a lead, and a budget that lets it learn. Here's how I set them up, what I charge, and what I won't promise.
“Meta ads se leads aayengi?” Yes — when the setup is right, and no ad manager can honestly promise a number before the ads run. Facebook and Instagram are where most of your customers already spend time, but a boosted post with no tracking mostly buys likes. Leads come when four things line up: an offer people want, the right place to send them, tracking that tells Meta who actually became a lead, and enough budget and time for it to learn. Here's how I set each one up for clients.
1. An offer worth tapping
People scroll past ads that only say who you are. They stop for something specific: a price, a limited offer, a free trial, a clear answer to a problem. Before any campaign, I ask what you want to promote, to whom, and what makes it worth a message today.
2. The right place to send people
Where the ad leads decides how many people finish. For most Indian local businesses, the choices are:

- WhatsApp — click-to-WhatsApp ads open a chat with your number; best when you reply fast.
- Instant forms — lead ads collect name and phone inside Facebook or Instagram without leaving the app.
- A landing page — best when people need to see prices, photos or details first.
3. Tracking that tells Meta who became a lead
Meta optimises for whatever you tell it counts. If it only sees clicks, it finds people who click. The Meta Pixel on your website, and the Conversions API from the server where it's possible, report the leads, bookings and enquiries themselves — so the ads learn to find more people like your real customers.
That's one reason the websites I build come with WhatsApp, booking and enquiry buttons already measurable — the One Click Computer store's repair booking and JSK Infosolutions' automated enquiries are built that way.

4. Budget and time to learn
You decide the ad budget, and you pay it directly to Meta from your own ad account — it never passes through me. Very small budgets spread across too many ads give Meta too little to learn from, so I'd rather run one or two focused ads well than ten at once.
Expect the first weeks to be about learning which audience, creative and offer work. Results usually improve after that, and I show you what's working in plain numbers: leads and cost per lead, not likes.
What I charge, and how it works
Meta Ads management is ₹3,000 a month, with ad creatives included; Google Ads is ₹5,000 a month. You can choose one or both. The management fee is paid in advance each month; the ad budget is separate and goes straight to Meta.
You share your ad account with me as a partner — you never give me your Facebook password, and you can remove my access at any time. Many clients already work with me this way, and I manage each account, its fee and its renewals in one place.
What I won't promise
Nobody can guarantee a number of leads before ads have run, because it depends on your offer, your market and how fast enquiries are answered. What I can promise is a clean setup, honest reporting, and changes based on the numbers, not on guesswork.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do Facebook and Instagram ads work for small businesses?
They can, when the offer is clear, people are sent to WhatsApp, an instant form or a good landing page, tracking reports real leads, and the budget gives Meta enough data to learn.
How much does Meta Ads management cost?
With me, ₹3,000 per month including ad creatives, paid in advance. The ad budget is separate — you decide it and pay Meta directly.
Do I have to give my Facebook password?
No. You share your ad account through Meta Business Manager as a partner, and you can remove that access at any time.
Can you guarantee leads?
No one honestly can before the ads run. I promise a clean setup, honest reporting in leads and cost per lead, and changes based on the results.
