Project Overview

Chaitanya Public School in Nehru Nagar, BC Road, J K Pur (Rayagada, Odisha) follows the CBSE curriculum from Pre-Nursery onwards. I'm rebuilding its website (currently chaitanyapublicschool.in) and adding a school portal: one login page for admins, teachers, students and parents. The preview is live; the portal currently runs in demo mode on sample data while the school-management back end is being built.

Architecture

Design / UX

Navy and gold from the school's crest, its motto “Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya” in the hero, real photos of the campus and students, and admissions for 2026–27 always one tap away.

Development

Built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel. The portal's four roles share one student record that is planned to flow into classes, exams, results, fees, attendance, events and transport, with one reporting engine for the website, an app and PDF.
